Went on an actual VACATION to Oceanside CA. It was a great time, and we really needed the break.

We had a fun-packed 4th of July Holiday today. All extended family and friends were out of town or doing their own thing, so we enjoyed the day together as a family. Ben and Charisa ran the Freedom Run 5K in Tooele in the morning. Then we went to the parade and Emma marched with her softball team. We got some yardwork done and then took the family and the two dogs up South Willow canyon. We played in the water and had a great time. When we got home we thought it would be a great idea to make a video of Maya to send to Katie and Jason since they must miss her a whole lot. Here's hoping it works!
